We do not collect payment card details on this website. Donations are made via UPI/QR code, and no card or bank account information passes through or is stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, applications, and messages
- Process and acknowledge donations, and issue 80G tax receipts where applicable
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities and sponsor/CSR partnerships
- Send confirmation emails related to a form you submitted (for example, an acknowledgment after a contact or volunteer form submission)
- Maintain internal records required for our operations and regulatory compliance (including FCRA, 80G, and 12A requirements applicable to Indian non-profits)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Information submitted through our forms is stored securely in our database, hosted with industry-standard security practices. Access to donor, volunteer, and sponsor records is limited to authorized ICF administrators only, and administrative access to this data requires authentication.

4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website:
- Email delivery: transactional emails (such as form confirmations) are sent through a third-party email service. These providers only receive the information necessary to send that specific email.
- Image and media hosting: photos and media on this site (such as event and gallery images) are hosted through a third-party media platform.
These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes.
