Before Joining ICF
My name is Alfiya Taj, and I am pursuing my final year of BCA. Before starting my learning journey in web development, I had a basic understanding of programming and a strong interest in technology. I wanted to improve my technical knowledge and gain practical experience in developing websites. I decided to focus on web development and learn how websites are designed and developed using different technologies.
Journey at ICF
During my learning journey, I started with the fundamentals of HTML and CSS and gradually moved towards JavaScript and other web development technologies. I practiced creating webpages, forms, responsive designs, and small projects. I also learned Git and GitHub to manage and share my code. Working on practical projects helped me understand concepts more clearly and improved my problem-solving and programming skills. This experience has increased my confidence and motivated me to continue learning and build a career as a web developer.

During my learning journey, I received guidance and support that helped me understand technical concepts more clearly. The learning environment encouraged me to ask questions, practice regularly, and learn from my mistakes. The supportive work culture helped me improve my communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical skills. The guidance I received motivated me to keep learning and become more confident in web development.

Key Achievements
- During my learning journey, I developed several practical projects to improve my web development skills. I created webpages and projects using HTML and CSS and started learning JavaScript for adding functionality. I also learned Git and GitHub and practiced pushing my projects from VS Code to GitHub. One of my major projects is an Education Platform called EduLearn, where I worked on the website structure, navigation, hero section, courses section, images, and footer. These projects helped me gain practical experience and improve my confidence.
